Reiki
To achieve optimal energy balance, I will use a pendulum to check the 7 main points in your body that regulate energy flow (chakras) and will balance them as necessary. My sessions also combine Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Healing and aromatherapy to assist with clearing energy blockages and to enhance the natural healing and balancing process. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

Distance Reiki
You can also receive Reiki treatments from the comfort of your own home via a Distance Reiki session. Energy is not limited by distance. Televisions, cellphones, radios and the internet all use energy frequencies we can't see in order to operate. The same applies to Distance Reiki. During a distance session, we will Facetime/Skype etc. for a few minutes before and after the session. While the actual session is taking place, all you do is sit or lay in a comfortable and quiet place. The same benefits may be experienced during a distance session as an in-person session.

Crystal Healing
Crystals and gemstones each have their very own unique vibration which can influence other unstable vibrations around them. The use of crystals and gemstones dates back to the ancient Sumerians and ancient Egyptians. During a session, crystals/gemstones will be placed on and around the body based on the client's needs. At the end of the session, I will review the stones used and their properties and email you a copy of your personalized report. Reiki will not be performed during a crystal healing session. This holistic treatment can help balance you physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Salted Reiki Parties
Salted Reiki Parties:
$250 (split between group)
Location: Sterling Yoga and Wellness Center
Price includes: 1 hour in the Crystalline Salt Cave, individual Reiki sessions, limit 6 people.
More people = less money per person. Less people = more Reiki time
