As a Pittsburgh-based Reiki Master and Teacher of the Usui Method of Natural Healing, I bring a deep passion for energy work to my practice. My expertise spans multiple modalities, including Kundalini Reiki, Animal Reiki, Chakrascension, and Crystal Healing. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, 200 hours, through the Yoga Alliance. 

My mission is to ensure your energy remains STRONG and FREE-FLOWING, as imbalanced energy can lead to illness and discomfort. I offer a variety of services, including private or group Reiki sessions, Distance Reiki, Crystal Healing, Reiki parties, workshops, corporate events, and lectures. Additionally, I teach all three levels of the Usui Reiki System.
